Future Breeze Collection 1997 2009: Celebrating 12 Years of Fusion and Innovation



Dr. Mosley has taught at Rocky Bayou Christian Academy for thirty-eight years, with subjects including Advanced Placement Calculus, Advanced Placement Literature, Philosophy, History, and Foreign Language. He served from 1997 to 2009 as Academy Principal. In 2009, he became the third Superintendent in RBCS history. Dr. Mosley earned his B.A. at New College of Florida in 1980 with a degree in Religion and Humanities. He earned his M.A. (1992) and Ph.D. (1997) in Modern European History and Modern German History at Florida State University. He is a frequent speaker at educator conferences, coached RBCS Varsity Baseball for years, and is an Academic Team Coach for both RBCS and the Okaloosa County All-Star Team. He has been honored several times by local organizations as Teacher of the Year and was honored in 2019 by the Niceville Chamber as the inaugural recipient of the Rev. Dennis Brown Servant Leadership Award. Dr. Mosley is married to the former Juliana Poulsen. Together, they have six children and eighteen grandchildren. Dr. Mosley, along with his Senior Leadership Team, is passionate about the education of students and being a part of shaping their futures!

For instance, during the two strongest events in the past 60 years (1982/83 and 1997/98), much-above-median rainfall amounts fell across the entire state of California.
